Eleven53 Interpretive Center
At the Summit
a full time docent, interactive exhibits for all ages, café, and
panoramic views of the Eastern Sierra, Eleven53 is the central hub of
the Explore Mammoth experience. Admission is free with a scenic gondola ride ticket, ski area lift ticket or any Mammoth season pass.
Exhibits change periodically. Topics may include:
- Volcanic history
- Geology & Geography
- Weather Patterns
- Cultural heritage
- Natural History
- Views of the Minarets, Mono Lake, Yosemite peaks, and hundreds of miles of high altitude Sierra mountains.

Ride Up & Hike Down
There are several scenic hiking trails on Mammoth Mountain. Get your free hiking guide at the Adventure Center before you board the Panorama Gondola. Dogs on a leash are welcome.
